Paving the Path to Pay Equity

The call to address pay equity across your workforce has never been stronger, yet during this time of both economic and societal upheaval, many organizations remain unprepared to take on this vital issue. In fact, a recent Salary.com survey found that more than half of organizations do not have a formal process in place to address pay equity. While more than half of companies have a compensation philosophy, a vast majority still do not provide formal training to managers on how to talk with their employees about pay.
