Talking about pay equity and compensation trends is something we love to do but unfortunately, we’re not able to handle every request. We’ll certainly do our best to find a speaker to work with you.

No, we don’t charge a speaker fee. If the event requires travel and your organization has a budget for speaker travel or lodging, we greatly appreciate it.
Our speakers can address pay equity and compensation management strategies, trends including remote work compensation, pay transparency, the war for talent, DE&I and more.
No. Our speakers focus on best practices that your attendees can apply to their own compensation strategies. They do not focus on Salary.com compensation software and consulting.
