Abstract: 建立人体骨盆三维有限元模型,研究在单腿站,双腿站与坐位时骨盆的应力与位移分布。采用“中国数字虚拟人”第1例冰冻切片数据,选取腰三至股骨近端1/3处,提取骨骼轮廓曲线,在ANSYS中建立人体骨盆有限元模型,骶髂关节面做接触处理;采用索单元Link10,建立骶髂周围韧带系统;采用不同的加载与约束条件,分别建立三种体位的有限元模型,并对其进行计算分析。坐位时整体骨盆的等效应力峰值最大,66.8Mpa;单腿站位时承力侧骶髂关节滑动距离最大,2.15mm;承力侧软骨中等效力峰值和关节接触面压力峰值也最大,分别为23.5Mpa和12.9Mpa;三种体位下,骨间韧带中的承力都很大, 皆超过140N,尤其是单腿站立位的承力达到350N。相比于单腿站立和坐位,双腿站位骨盆整体应力分布最均匀,各韧带受力最平均,骶髂关节面滑动距离面最小,从生物力学的角度分析,最利于保护骶髂关节,延缓其退变。
