OPEN POSITION
Wapiti is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Milbank or Huron South Dakota office locations. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday. Some after-hours communications may be necessary. Wapiti offers some strategic flexibility with shift times and a hybrid work-from-home option.

LOGISTICS COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Engage with providers to find the most efficient means of travel based on their work schedules
  • Recognize and eliminate costs
  • Create efficient processes through technology and platforms and by building relationships with the providers and businesses that support logistics
  • Book flights, housing/hotels, and rental vehicles maximizing fleet cars and housing options

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma
  • Office experience, customer service, and computer skills preferred
  • Researching, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Detail organization and thoroughness
  • Collaboration and communication detail skills
  • Decision-making and time-management skills
