Lenna Turner

Lenna serves as Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Salary.com, developing programs designed to increase cultural awareness and acceptance within Salary.com, while also leading company efforts to help clients conduct DE&I audits and execute action plans. As a member of the Salary.com’s CompData Consulting Practice, she also focuses on client engagements involving studies for base pay and total comp, pay equity and building DE&I knowledge offerings.

Lenna has 20 years of compensation management experience. Prior to joining Salary.com she held progressively complex roles in HR as a Compensation Manager/Senior Consultant and Strategic HR Business Partner. She has worked across various industries and companies, including Georgia Pacific, Coca Cola, Sun Trust Banks(Truist) and Bank of America.

A Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Lenna holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Memphis.

Garry Straker

VP of Compensation Consulting

Garry has over 20 years of experience specializing in providing total rewards consulting services to a diverse list of clients including higher education institutions, healthcare organizations, public sector employers, and privately held companies from a variety of industries. Garry’s focus is helping organizations achieve strategic goals by leveraging technology, data, and labor market insights to design sustainable, market-aligned total compensation plans.

His technical proficiency and collaborative approach are singularly focused on developing long-term solutions that help to attract and retain critical talent. His expertise includes evaluating trends, organizational challenges, and opportunities to develop rewards programs that are appropriately aligned with organizational workplace culture, and business priorities. Guided by data-driven insights, which considers external labor market dynamics and internal workforce needs and expectations; he helps organizations understand key drivers in reward and recognition programs that foster greater employee engagement and elevate the employee experience.

David Turetsky

Vice President of Consulting

David B. Turetsky serves as Vice President, Consulting and is responsible for consulting with clients on people analytics, total rewards and other HR data governance issues. In this role, David consults with clients focused on improving their usage of data, analytics and HR processes in support of their business.

David has more than 30 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM), HR, HRIS, talent management, compensation and big data as an analyst, manager, executive, consultant and entrepreneur. He is passionate about manager empowerment and employee engagement through total rewards management.

In his previous roles, David built a consulting group within ADP's Professional Services Organization, consulting with clients on their use of the ADP DataCloud™. He was uniquely qualified to provide that advice since his previous role was Chief Product Owner for the ADP DataCloud™ where he developed ADP reporting, analytics, benchmarking, data mashups and predictive analytics. Some of his products include the HR Executive Awesome New Technology award winners for 2016 and 2017, ADP DataCloud™ Annual Compensation Explorer and Pay Equity Explorer.

Eric McMillan

Courtney LeCompte, MPS, PHR

Vice President, Compensation Consulting

For over a decade, Courtney has served in a variety of consulting and corporate capacities, working with a wide array of organizations throughout the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. Courtney leverages her extensive experience in HR and compensation to deliver customized solutions to help organizations attract and retain key talent.

Prior to Salary.com, Courtney worked with consulting firms such as FutureSense, an Alliant Company, and Cascade Employers Association to provide compensation consultation in areas such as salary administration, total rewards strategy, pay equity, incentive compensation, executive compensation, and HR and pay analytics. She also previously served as a Senior Compensation Consultant for the State of Oregon where she led several statewide compensation initiatives including pay equity, The Oregon Management Project, classification and compensation studies, and partnered with labor relations to represent the State during contract negotiations.

Courtney received her Bachelor’s degree of Education from the University of Oregon, her Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and Development from the University of Denver, and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Courtney is passionate about building genuine relationships with clients and partnering with organizations to develop practical solutions that align with organizational values and support strategic goals.

Rebecca Gorman

Principal, Compensation Consulting

Rebecca has more than 20 years of compensation and benefits consulting and management experience working with both public and private companies of varying sizes across a broad range of industries. Her technical specialties include executive and broad-based compensation and benefits strategy, design, implementation, and management, compensation and benefits due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and reporting, and incentive calibration. Prior to joining Salary.com, Rebecca held consulting roles at PwC, Mercer, and Towers Perrin (WTW). She also spent time in house at both mid-cap and large publicly traded companies in Vice President of Total Rewards and Director of Executive Compensation roles. Rebecca holds an MBA from Virginia Tech and is a member of World at Work and National Association of Stock Plan Professionals.

Mara Marino

Senior Compensation Consultant

Mara is a practiced compensation consultant with over 25 years of corporate human resources leadership experience. Her areas of expertise include the development, design, and implementation of executive, physician, and employee base pay systems, short- and long-term incentive programs, sales incentive plans, and ensuring salaries and total rewards are competitive for your industry and geographic location.

Prior to joining Salary.com, Mara held various positions in companies such as Zayo Group, Shawmut Design & Construction, Boston Medical Center, Network Engines, EOS Holdings USA and Instron Corporation.

In addition to her career in Human Resources, Mara is a military veteran, having served in the U.S. Navy as an Information Systems Technician.

Mara holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Northeastern University with a focus on Economics. She earned a professional certification in Human Resources Management from Villanova University. She also holds certifications as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and as a Certified Compensation Analyst (CCA).
